What's New at JSI |
June 2008
Dear colleagues,
Welcome to the summer edition of our JSI eNewsletter!
In these times of increasing fragmentation of health systems, both here in the U.S. as well as internationally, JSI recently created a working group on health systems strengthening. This group bundles expertise from both our domestic and international portfolios, and from both our bilateral as well as multilateral projects. The working group focuses on themes such as building integrated systems, scaling-up evidence-based interventions, developing public private partnerships, and promoting community-managed health services. JSI recognizes that empowered clients and communities are the ultimate drivers of responsive health systems.
For more information about our work, mission, and projects or if you would like to read our previous newsletter, please visit our website, www.jsi.com. You can also write us at communications@jsi.com.
